Cost of Animals and Training

The prices in our catalog represent all assistance provided to families and are averages based on the cost in different countries. The assistance we provide includes the quality animal, technical assistance, helping build pens or shelters, training in the animal's care and teaching them to utilize the animals' byproducts to grow better crops and trees. We also teach group-building skills and promote dialogue on gender relationships. We also continue to monitor/support even after our direct involvement with the group has ended. Each "purchase" of an animal is a symbolic amount that covers the costs of all of those elements.
